Hatch is currently working with a local product company based in Reston, VA, to help them build out their customer support team. Our client is an innovative startup, founded in 2012, with the fastest visual analytics for Big Data platform, revolutionizing the way users view and interact with data. They are looking for an experienced Application Support Manager who is passionate about customer success. Does This Describe You?
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a technical support role.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Strong organization skills and a passion for establishing and refining processes
  • Thrive in the fast-moving, hard-charging environment of a small business/startup 
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, energetic startup environment.
